Mes ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.
This policy applies to all users of the Mes platform, including visitors to our landing page and registered users of the application.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes all your data permanently.
We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you subscribe to Pro, Stripe collects and stores your payment method and billing address; we receive only a customer ID, subscription status, and period dates via webhook. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan; your plan remains Pro until the end of the paid period, then reverts to Free.
Supabase handles authentication, database storage, and file storage. See Supabase's privacy policy.
Groq powers the AI features in Mes. When you use AI to generate activities or workflow steps, your plain text description and relevant activity context are sent to Groq's API. Groq does not use your data to train models. See Groq's privacy policy.
Stripe processes payments for Pro subscriptions. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Resend delivers transactional email on our behalf (sign-up confirmations, password resets, workspace invites), routed via Supabase SMTP. See Resend's privacy policy.
This section lists every cookie and browser-storage mechanism Mes uses. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only set what is strictly necessary to keep you logged in.
We use a small number of first-party cookies set by Supabase, our authentication provider, to keep you signed in. They hold your session so you don't have to log in on every page, and they renew your session quietly in the background. They expire when you sign out. Without them, you can't use the product.
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insightsto understand how pages are used and how fast they load. These don't use cookies and don't collect anything that identifies you personally.
Mes itself does not write to localStorage or sessionStorage. The Supabase client may use them as an auth fallback depending on browser settings; in that case the stored values are the same auth tokens described above.
When you go through the Stripe-hosted checkout or customer portal to manage a Pro subscription, Stripe sets its own cookies on Stripe's domain. Those are governed by Stripe's own policy, not this one.
You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out of Mes. Since we only use essential cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner.
