Introduction

Mes ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

This policy applies to all users of the Mes platform, including visitors to our landing page and registered users of the application.

What we collect

• Your email address and password (password stored as a secure hash, never in plain text)
• Workspace name and logo you choose to upload
• Activities, steps, and tasks you create in the platform
• Plain text descriptions you provide when using AI-powered features (e.g. generating activities or workflow steps). These descriptions are sent to a third-party AI provider (Groq) for processing and are not stored on our servers

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes all your data permanently.

Third-party services

Supabase handles authentication, database storage, and file storage. See Supabase's privacy policy.

Groqpowers the AI features in Mes. When you use AI to generate activities or workflow steps, your plain text description and relevant activity context are sent to Groq's API. Groq does not use your data to train models. See Groq's privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to maintain your session only. We do not use tracking cookies. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views and web vitals). This service does not use cookies or collect personal information.

Your rights under GDPR

• Right of Erasure: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
• Right of Rectification: You can edit and correct your data directly within the platform at any time.
