Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mes ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Mes is a planning tool that helps you organise activities, steps, and tasks, with optional AI assistance. We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Current features and usage limits for each plan are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time.

Subscriptions and payments

Pro is billed through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page. Prices may be shown in your local currency via Stripe's adaptive pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, your plan remains Pro until the end of the current paid period and then reverts to Free.

Refunds

We do not provide automatic refunds. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Consumers in the EU retain any statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Mes for illegal purposes or to store illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent AI usage quotas, rate limits, or other technical restrictions
  • Scrape, mass-download, or automate interactions with the service in ways not sanctioned by us
  • Interfere with the service, other users, or the underlying infrastructure

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe present a security or legal risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
